Spinning Glass Top?
When I made a photo of glass a week or so ago, I realized that the patterns of light made the glass appear almost as if it was spinning. So, I made this photo hoping to emphasize that aspect of the glass.
Does this remind you of a spinning top?

Re: Spinning Glass Top?
I know. This is silly. But it made me think I was seeing the underside of a whirlpool.

Yes, and it is a beautiful image... I can see it as a controlled elegant whirlpool, too.

Thanks everyone!
I never thought of the whirlpool, but that works for me as well as a spinning top because both ideas imply motion.

The apparent simplicity of that makes it beautiful. My first reaction on seeing the image was that it would have significant commercial prospects. I can see that it the foyer or meeting rooms of many company offices.
