A wander through the deep dark wood

Morning all

Had the morning free with my Son Alex and currently he is fascinated with The Gruffalo so we went to the deep dark wood to look for him. I thought this would be a great opportunity to take the camera but also my light stand, umbrella and flash for some off camera shots.

We didn't find the gruffalo and Alex wasn't very cooperative:

But we had some fun anyway and although the light was poor this pose was brilliant. Moral of the story get out and have fun with your camera and your family:

Maybe, but he was putting on a show for that one. A natural model. Lovely image.

Sorry about the Gruffalo. You obviously weren't being quiet enough. Tell Alex that it was seen up around Glenfarg a couple of weeks ago!
