Is growing up, I guess I can't call him little anymore at 6ft 2in. This was taken last month around his birthday.

Diane, this is a nice portrait; however IMHO your choice of background could be improved. The eye tends to go to brighter objects in a photo.
I like the way you focused in on the eyes.
