Our annual Hibiscus festival gives me a chance to get to the fairground and practice so today's challenge was catching the young ones on the various dilapidated rotating rides. Lots of failures but these were my favourites.
Armed with the 18-200mm and on camera SB600 flash set up in manual, auto ISO, f 4.5, 1/250th with 1/250th min speed and max ISO 1600.

I agree with you John. It was a case of getting in too tight with some of the attempts and losing that aspect of the shot hence not giving myself the option of cropping.
