Re: Tried something different
More suitable for People and Pets, but since 70 percent of your image has foliage I guess this will do. Live dangerously, get closer.

Re: Tried something different
Personally, I like to see a level 'horizon' as with #1.
These images aren't really big enough, or cropped close enough to get a good view of the rider but this basically seems to be working OK, as far as I can see.

Re: Tried something different
When I tried something lie this I was told that what really makes the image is if you can see the riders eyes. Argues for something more up close certainly and I have also learned to avoid helmets with darkened visors - not that this a problem here.

Re: Tried something different
Hi,
Cool shots. Isle of Man?
#1 is ok. Try to click at the apex of his turn, just before he shifts weight to his right.
Or when his right knee is almost touching the road.
( see PhotobyTrace's photo making a right sweep on his bike.)
Perhaps, give space to his right/where he's going to.
His eyes? Very difficult , considering he has goggles/if not a face visor/mask.

Re: Tried something different
victor - its a road about 12 miles away from salisbury, uk. a nice sweeping 'S' bend which we stumbled across.
i will try various different things next time and see what comes out. i think the eye's would be a good thing to capture and i will also try from the other side of the road. thanks for all comments
