Sunset
Hello Everyone
This is a sunset pic I have taken yesterday. Used graduating filter to increase the exposure in the foreground.
C&C please
Thanks

Re: Sunset
What a peaceful vista and a lovely sunset! The trees in the middle ground look a bit soft to me (wind maybe?) and there seems to be some color streaks on the green on the right as well as a a yellow 'splotch' on the left tree.
Are these the result of PP or the use of the grad filter?

Re: Sunset
Thanks Shane. The green streaks on the right are a result of PP.

Re: Sunset
Judging from a photo my Son recently sent me and I told him I thought he had timed it perfectly and I have yet to manage it at sunsets and base my opinion on sunrises I have captured.... I think you shot a few seconds too soon. The sun probably needs to be half hidden to reduce its brightness and the resulting flare. Though with the sun dazzling me I have not managed this.
I also think you could try cropping the bottom to just above the pool as well ... the path and pool introduce lines which detract.
