This is what happens when I am bored. I was just sitting here at the desk when I looked at the desk lamp...Hmmm, I kinda like that. Well, after a couple shots this is what I came up with. I have looked at this lamp thousands of times and never saw it like this. Just a simple shot that I am wondering if anybody else will take a shine to it.
C&C always appreciated.
I like the orange colors in this one...
...but I also like the simplicity of this one too.

I do like it Jon and I prefer the color version. Have you tried to clone out the yellow and blue bits to the let of the shade? They really catch my eye.

Jon, you might consider making it even simpler by not only removing the spots to the left of the shade but also the blue patch below it.
