Hi Rising Wolf - what a smasher! Great view, great balance, good lead in with the fence posts, looks very sharp (always some loss when posting IMO) and I can't see a join. Perhaps a touch more saturation in the bottom left-hand side to add a touch more green???
Cheers
David
That's the view from your backyard ?!!!!
Hello there and welcome. Hope you enjoy a long stay here at CiC.
I'm with David. That's a beauty. Crisp and clean. What are you shooting with?
Only suggestion (though a little time required) would be the idea of cloning out that cross bar on the gate running down from the left hand side at the bottom.
Wow; great shot. Nice and straight; sharp, and composure.
That is one hell of a panorama. I am not usually a fan of these things because they always remind me of the fake paintings that adorned every wall space behind every vinyl settee in the sixties. They usually give me the same empty feeling as flying ceramic ducks pinned to photographic murals. This is an exceptional shot though and my only criticism is the fence at the bottom of image. For me the 4 post tops in the right half of the image need to disappear. Excellent work and welcome.
Steve
As per the others; very nice.
I'd love to see it bigger though, say 1200 width
Also, if it is your back yard, just open the gate next time and save the cloning
The clouds across the front of the mountains, and above, make the picture.
Thanks for sharing,
Thanks for the comments. I exchanged the picture with a larger size. Gee, open the gate and get rid of the posts, duhhh.
Only the four in the right lower half of the image (by cloning out). They distract from the main view. The posts on the road lead into scene beautifully.get rid of the posts, duhhh.
Steve
Thanks for all the comments. I thought about just cropping out those 4 posts but it cut the picture too much. The border looks good, what program did that?
Great to be here, seems to be a very positive group of photographers.
Fantastic shot! Like others, I think the bottom is sort of crowded and I am sure you can find an angle in your "backyard" to improve this already great composition!
Very nice..................some backyard. How many years does it take to cut the grass?
Hi Rising Wolf
Cool name. Very cool pic too. Glad I joined this forum with photographers like you & the others I've looked at.
