    Jeff,

It's No 3 for me. Have you tried a slightly tighter crop removing some of the right and bottom?

Beautiful depth of colour in all of them Jeff. It's no.2 for me; it's a stunner. I've been looking at PhotoNinja as a result of some reviews that I have read this week on their new RAW converter and its Fuji X RAW processing. Does it have a layers capability? I'd be grateful for some feedback.

There are no layers, its a RAW converter with a basic browser. There is no image import capability. For Photoshop CS5 Its possible to replace Camera RAW with PN so that the default converter for PS is PN. Its also possible to configure lightroom to launch PN such that PN will process the RAW file and and return a TIFF. This makes it easy to use from a LR centric workflow.
The design of the converter is such that it possible to get a pleasing conversion with a few clicks - more control is available of course. For some images it seems to do a better job than Lightroom, for others not. Jury is still out as far as I'm concerned. For Xtrans you are probably looking for an alternative to Adobe - I'd be interested to hear your conclusions.

It's so nice and rewarding to get up early in the morning to get some wonderful photos in first light...

These are beautiful. I love the colors in all of them but especially #3. Those pink flowers really jump off the page and the light is stunning.
