Fall Color

More fall color from my walk through Norris Dam State Park here in Knoxville Tennessee. I think we're about two weeks away from prime time, but it is lovely nonetheless.

Nice images. I see a lot of shots like the second and would like to know how you get that perspective? Are you crouching low? Are you using a tripod? and does the type of lens effect this view (i.e. wide angle)? Thanks.

Thanks Steve. I have the camera on a tripod with the legs as low as they will go. The front leg of the tripod is in the water and I am sitting on the bank just behind it. I'm using a 14-24 zoom set to 14mm.

The 14mm makes things that are closer look much bigger, and things that are farther away look smaller.
