Under the bridge
Those portraits are situated on the supporting posts of one of the bridges over the River Clyde. I thought I'd have a little fun finding different ways of displaying them. Came up wit this idea, comments welcome

Re: Under the bridge
Nice arrangement of the pics but who is the artist David ?
I think you should give him/her attribution.

Thanks for the positive comments and as for trhe artist I'm ashamerd to say I've no idea. Think I'll need to put on my deerstalker and do a bit of detecting, just wish I could find a Watson to help me.

Re: Under the bridge
No offence mate but it is a re-arrangement of someone elses work and that sits a bit 'off' with me.
Can't believe you didnt look for attribution but am sure you didn't do that for any sinister purpose.

Re: Under the bridge
I stand corrected, and a little wiser. Artwork was found on the 2nd Caledonian Railway Bridge, Glasgow and painting was done by Smug,
Smug is a Glasgow based street artist specialising in characters and photo-realistic graffiti. Since discovering graffiti 15 years ago Smug’s work quickly grew into a perfectionist’s obsession with heavy line work, letters and characters which has developed into a more photo-realistic style that has been exhibited widely. Smug’s street art paintings are meticulously rendered works which draw upon an eclectic range of influences, often making uncomfortable subjects into stunning pieces on canvas and in industrial and abandoned settings (http://www.streetartmonster.com/street_artist/smug/).

Re: Under the bridge
He is an amazing artist.
I like the way you put them together with the exception of the 2 repeated pics..I can see why you mirrored them but it just doesn't work for me.

Re: Under the bridge
He certainly is an amazing artist and I've now contacted him, so hopefully I'll find more of his work, with his approval. Very much put the 5 pics together with little forward planning, but now I've seen how they work next time I try somnething similar I can hopefully improve.
Always in this game to get better, slowly maybe but still trying.
