Interesting concept, but I wonder about the execution of the motion blurr. From the perspective of the camera (which would have to be mounted under the rail car to get this view), the motion blurr would not be linear. Objects that are closer to the lens would be more blurred than objects that are further way, yet the blurr is even, so this somehow just does not look quite right. The greenery in the distance shouldbe sharper, as would the ties in the distance. The train wheels blurr should reflect the relative motion of the train on the tracks, yet they seem sharper than the tracks. On the other hand, if the train wheels were slipping while brakes were applied, there would be less relative motion, so this could happen under certain conditions.
I'm not a great fan of the grunge setting in HDRI either, but that is just personal taste. Regardless, great job!
