    A Halloween Whimsy

In The Philippines this is a sacred season. In North America it is trick or treat time for the smaller kids and party time for the bigger kids. However you view this time I offer my Halloween whimsy to brighten your day and incite your critique.

    Hi Brian,
Very cool and definitely very seasonal. I'm guessing it's a damp/wet environment (or post rain storm) which may have caused the reflections (hot spots) either from your flash or ambient light source. I'd suggest (if possible) re-shooting it to eliminate the hot spots. You definitely have a very good image and I really like the 'faces'.

This was taken before I started playing with the manual options. And there will come a time when the sun peaks out from between the clouds and i will try again. But i am not sure that the faces will show up again but then again maybe it will be the hot spots that are missing. One can live in hope.
