    Nice, Murat

The only picky thing I have compositionally is the wood. As it's the only organic subject in the image I feel it should stand out from the rocks in the background and a slight shift of the camera may have achieved this, framing it around the rocks in the foreground and background.

Phil, how do you like the texture and editing of the water? I agree with you about the composition regarding the stick, but when I tilted the camera further left I had too much of the ugly hill in the frame. I do think the stick blocks the rocks behind it and should bave been placed better in the composition. Thanks!

Texture's good - something only ND's can bring you, unless you've spent hours blending (in which case I'd recommend a 10 stop and save yourself lots of time! )

Many people tire of examples of B&W's like this - long exposure waterscapes - I don't though! I'm ready to break out the ND's again in this part of the world as November brings the first clouds in about 9 months!

Hey, guys! Any opinion as to how #2 compares to the first image in terms of composition and editing?

The second shot looks improved, to me. The stick was distracting. The line of stones is clearer, with more detail, in the second one. I think it is a fine version.

Both images are great, but I think I like #1 better with respect to composition and editing. I agree with Phil about the wood.

    Well done.
