Nicely done, Karm.
Any way you would consider showing the location where you live?
Excellent work tells some story to those who care
I wonder about reducing the bottom a little to concentrate more on the clouds. Maybe a 5 x 4 ratio crop?
Alternatively show a fraction more at the sides with a 5 x 4 crop?
Karm, I like this image.

Hi Ken. This image was taken in (I believe) central Ohio. It's in an a very rural area. This area has some wonderful uplands that are open for hunting. I believe I took this image in early summer.

Thank you Wavelength.

Geoff, I'll try it and post the image.

Thanks Bruce.

I see the rain falling from a couple of those clouds. Very nice!
Thanks, Karm, but I really wanted to know if you would add some information to your profile, such as where you live. An exact location is not necessary. For example, you will see my location is New Jersey on my postings. The reason I want to know where a photographer is from is just to help understand a bit more about him or her.
Ken, done.

Very nice, Karm. That puffy white cloud in the lower left is very much an N.C. Wyeth cloud - super!
The road for me is central to the composition as it leads you into the image and then onto the lovely clouds.
Dave.
Thanks Susan.

Dave, absolutely. What's weird is what I discovered is the third most important element in this image: the tree on the left side. In playing with various crops I tried one without the left tree in the image. At least for me, the air went out of the image without the left tree.

Hi Karm, I prefer your first image as the story it ponders for me is, there's a storm coming but what's round the corner? Hope that makes sense but I like the wider view. Well done
Thanks Kenny. I'm always amazed how some "nip and tuck" surgery on our images can radically alter its message. Appreciate your feedback.
