I was trying to figure out the W. Hollywood connection through the images, finally read the additional info. Very nice, I like the second image best, skin tones more natural for b&w treatment.

Interesting shots taken under difficult lighting conditions, for sure. The lighting is harsh and contrastly, so it is a fairly major limiting factor in what you can do when you shoot in these conditions.

Image 1 - face looks slightly out of focus.

Image 2 - I think I agree with John; this shot has the strongest composition. The harsh shadow on the one model's face is both interesting and distracting. I wonder if some burning and dodging would improve the shot or degrade it?

Image 3 - too bad that the model's hand was cut off at the top. The brightness draws our eyes up, but somehow it looks just a tiny bit off the way it is cropped.

Hi Victor,

I agree with what Manfred has said, except that I quite like the shadow on the face in #2 in the context of it being theater. Maybe if the white costume detail on the shoulder was burned in a bit the face would not be competing with that bright area.
