Mushroom On Wood

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

I really loved the textures on the mushroom, wood and the rusted bolt, aligned in a triangle. I'm not sure if we call it a fine art or abstract. It is a part of a railroad track.

Well it is a striking photograph with great colour and texture. Not sure if I am keen on the symmetrical arrangement and the contrast and brightness of the mushrooms seems a little high on my screen but overall you should be pretty pleased with it.

Your new version has lost the artificial look. Now probably closer to what you could attain in a large print. It is very much personal preference but I find it an improvement.

Try rotating the image 90 degrees clockwise. It has better balance then (to me).

Nice image. I agree with Ben about rotating the image, for some reason I see it as a vertical image, an old door or something of that nature. And as such my mind kind of wants to see the image rotated.
Also, if possible can you include your second image here? It's easier to compare the two here than have to go to an outside link.
