There is a political and satirical graffiti artist in Dubai and I keep coming across his quotations in obscure parts of town. Here's another from today.

I nearly, very nearly, thought about a hint of selective colour here. Snapped out of it though, even though in this case it might just work. (Please, that's not a hint for another member to try selectively colouring my image!)

Good choice along with all the other choices that you made for this image. Is there any way you can reduce the haze on the skyline at least a little bit more?
