    Antonio...a beautifully toned mono and a great portrait.

    Not so sure of the title.

    He seems no more or less smooth of skin than most of that age and it's a bit harsh to call the shot 'Skin disease' ...think of his feelings!

    Sharon, I must confess that I have been a bit too "harsh" with the title.
    In fact it looks like a skin problem but I think he will never see neither this image nor the title (un-happy) of the thread.
    I have seen many young who looked like having skin problems and this is perhaps the reason why I remembered the title.
    This photo is a study on portraiture I have been doing trying to move away from my more conservative "solutions" I have been doing for some time now like the pure and simple B&W.
    I think I will move to subtles duo-tones or simple tonnings in my future images.
