Well done, and the eyes are sharp ! Good to see you are sticking with 'manual' and using the flash.
The problem you will get when you reach the cameras limits are that you will have to consider upgrading.

Maybe by next Christmas? I am thinking that a bridge camera that allows for lens changes might be a thought?
