This police station was shut in 1981, when the new headquarters for the Division were opened in London Road. This is some shots taken in the derelict remains, which appear to be used by various local businesses for dumping/ storage.
I've converted some of the images to black and white, while leaving others in colour, using Lightroom. Comments welcome

Thanks Shadowman, heard that the police were responsible for the death of a prisoner in those cells. As you say not the nicest place to spend an evening.
