    Storm on the road

I was traveling long distance on Sunday and snapped a few shots out of the front wind screen of an incoming storm. I used a polariser filter to shoot through glass. Fairly happy with these given the movement of the subject vehicles and my car. C&C always welcome.

Nicely done, Wayne. You certainly captured the dramatic sky. The colors look a bit over saturated to me, but since I was not there, can't say for sure.

As a side note, I am always fascinated when I see a road train. I believe they are common in Australia, but not here in the US.

I like the saturation in these shots . Sometimes bfore and during a storm the world looks oversaturated to me, and I think maybe the clouds are allowing me to see the colors truly. Nice shots Wayne.

I think they are very well done considering everything was moving, in fact the bit of blur adds to these subjects. The colour looks pretty natural to me.

Thanks al for your comments. I have used a polariser filter to get the cloud definition and of course have added a lot of sharpness and saturation. I think in retrospect No 1 s a little overdone. This is actually a smaller road train. We have a lot of 80 wheelers up here in the Northern Territory at the moment, and 60 wheelers are normal.
