I think I would try cropping closer to reduce some of the rather 'heavy' and out of focus background. Both top and bottom; maybe end up with a 5x4 ratio image.

And possibly reduce the highlight brightness just a fraction.

Potentially a good shot though.

Hi Steve.

Cute little animals. You might want to adjust the white balance slightly to add more blue, or not. I suspect you took the photo in late afternoon.

You probably did not have a chance to shoot a frontal view, but that would have made for a more pleasant shot.

I think a bit of PP would help just improve things a bit, did you carry out any PP on this picture?
Here's a suggested way to process, it may not be what you were aiming for, so I could be way off the mark, but at least it give you another point of view to consider, hope you don't mind.

Thank you all for your comments , as always they are very useful. PP is something i still have not gotten into apart the very basic curves etc .
Ken, the shot was actually taken early morning just as i was actually on my way home, the sun came out and lit everything up .
John , thanks for the reworking of the shot and i most certainly do not mind .
