Hi Harmon,
Thanks for sharing this picture.
What's happened to the poor thing, he/she certainly does look sad. I hope it's nothing too serious.
I do not know if you wanted C&C on this picture, so please do not take offence if you didn't.
There are two main points, that in my opinion need addressing.
One is the 'blown' area on the dogs muzzle, as you can see all detail has been lost in this area. I doubt there is anything you could do to correct this in PP.
The second is the large object showing at the top of the picture, it is really is distracting; but cloning it out or cropping IMO does not work either.
As I type I'm guessing you were trying to capture the dog without disturbing him/her especially if they are poorly, if that's the case, ignore my comments and I wish them well.
