Nice photo. IMHO the green looks a little to saturated.

    Nandakumar,
It still seems to be overly green. I think the shot itself is very good, were there atmospheric conditions that day that accounts for the green tone? Have you thought about converting it to B&W? I think it might work better that way, but that's just my opinion. Also the tree seems to be a bit soft, have you sharpened it (or can you sharpen it a bit more?)

Nandakumar, I like the composition and view of this image. I don't know what PP software you use but elements has a, "remove color cast" tool. Either way, very nice photo.

I agree. I think that there is a little too much cyan. If you have the adjustment available, I would try reducing it. (de saturating cyan would be best)

Jack, thank you very much for your kind evaluation.... I am posting a black and white conversion also. The tree appears probably because of the morning breeze.

Nice image Nandakumar, i like the b+w one better, just my opinion but would it have been possible to have moved to your left and got more separation from the hill in front of the tree?,then it really would of stood alone.

    Cheers David

    Nandakimar,
I think the B&W version works much better. However, the atmospheric haze (that may have contributed to the green tone) gives the background a washed out look. Maybe some sharpening and levels adjustment(s) might help. If *IF* you were able to get back to that site there is a fantastic image waiting for you. Like David (above) suggested, a return visit at a slightly different vantage point would really make the shot. But still, do some more PP because I think you have a great shot here.

Hi Nandakumar. That is some beautiful country you live in. I agree with the others, the black& white works seems to work best here.
