Roosevelt Lake, AZ

I spent Thanksgiving camping at Roosevelt Lake in Arizona. It was a great trip and I took a lot of photos. Some turned out good, others didn't. You can't learn if you aren't shooting. So, anyway - here is one that I am particularly fond of.

I prefer the monochrome version mostly because you did such a much better job of bringing out the detail in the rocks on the left side.

The original was SOOC, I will process the raw from the color and see what it looks like to bring out the detail of the rocks.

The ideal workflow is to process the color version first before converting to monochrome. My point is that once you work with the color version, you might be able to improve upon your first monochrome version.
