I beg to differ as I think this is a special image and one you should be proud of.

The shape of the clouds mirrors the bend in the river and the sand formations in the foreground lead your eye right into this image. The color from the sunset reflecting on the water don't hurt it either

For me the water gently leads you into the image and it's a very tranquil image for me with the different hues, lovely image.

Hi, Kevin. Very nice shot. Sometimes, simple things work great, just like you did here! I would only suggest you to crop about 20% of the bottom, as I think they dont add much interest to the image. Just try it and see what you think. Thanks for sharing... Cheers,
