    Big Sur Sunset

Went for a vertical on this sunset, to get the clouds and sky.

    Big Sur Sunset

Canon 5D3 with 3 stop reverse GND (perhaps a 4 stop ND as well, not sure)
    4 sec, f/22 @ 19mm

    Any and all feedback appreciated

    Cheers!

Good choice. Consider cropping to eliminate the land. Doing so narrows down the layers from three (land, sea and sky) to two (sea and sky) for a more bold look that increases the impact of the sun and its star burst.

Dave, I haven't been to Big Sur since the mid seventies. This image and the other bring back memories.

    Nicely done.

    Re: cropped

That revised composition is far stronger for me.
