Creative Cloud Photoshop

Just a call for help with photoshop CC and the D & X action for changing back ground colours...

When I press D or X with NO Image opened the key strokes work !!

When I load a document the Keys do not work and the error message:

"Could not complete your request because of a program error."

appears.

Same with a new document as well

Unsure of what todo to fix any ideas please ….

Howdy David,

Hmmm, that's quite strange. What OS are you running? Have you tried to trash your preferences (close the app and when you relaunch, hold down ALT+CNTRL+SHIFT on Windows or OPT+CMD+SHIFT on Mac)?

And it Worked !!!

Now what went wrong in the first place ???? I will never know now !!!!
