    OnOne software Help!!

Hi, I have the OnOne suite 8 installed along with Photoshop CS 6 and when I go to Automate and choose for example Perfect Effects the OnOne screen comes up without any photograph and then Photoshop freezes.
I would love to ask this question on the OnOne Google+ site but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to work inside Google+ so any advice there also would be welcome.
    My setup is
    AMD Phenom II x4
    8 GB RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
    64 Bit OS
    And additional graphics software.
    Thanks for any and help
    Russ.

    Re: OnOne software Help!!

    Russ,

Just downloaded a demo version of v8 to my 2013 MacBookPro and it all works beautifully.

You presumably selected the On One version that works with CS6 rather than the standalone or other versions? Sorry if that is too obvious.

I don't work with Windows much these days 'under the bonnet' like I used to, but I rather doubt if this is your problem anyway. Sounds like the plug-ins have not been applied to CS6 otherwise you would see them straight away in Automate.

Hi, Yes they are there in Photoshop automate but when you select they just give a blank screen and CS 6 freezes.
After doing a little digging there does seem to be a problem as two other people have stated the same on the OnOne facebook page in so much that Photoshop is freezing, trouble is OnOne are based I think in the USA and god forbid they work on a Saturday but I have submitted a form to them so wait until Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday!!!
I did upgrade from the previous version and did not have this problem before.
    Thanks
    Russ
