Dang nice beautiful work done on that ceiling.
But you don't want to hear that - for you dang nice photo.
(apart from the 2 tiny dots top middle which are a wee bit distracting)
Very colorful and bright; liked it very much
Excellent bit of photography. Frank. Quite a challenge, I would think.
Very beautiful indeed!
It is so symmetrical and fresco like that I first thought it was a graphic art !
Now that is different - and very interesting - it really challenges ones vision.
When you take a shot that depends on symmetry for its impact it has to be exactly symmetrical because any deviation really stands out and looks wrong. But you nailed it. Gorgeous pic, I really like it.
Peter
I know what you mean about the dots but what the heck. If I started mucking with every little imperfection (and there are many!), I'd go nuts!
In the end, I decided that I would not do any cloning and limit the post processing to cropping, alignment, and local contrast enhancement to avoid it looking too flat.
One of the things that struck me about the view was the symmetry so I'm glad that it appeals to others as well. Fortunately, there is enough that is not symmetrical as to add additional interest as I go looking for those differences. For me it makes exploring the details more fun!
Thank you Nandakumar, Isabel, Donald, Ramachandran, Steve, and Peter for the kind comments.
