It's a nice shot, however the arrangement competes against each element (portrait shot and still life). I would like it more if there was more above the flower arrangement, but that would probably make it even busier than it is. The crop below the young gentleman's shirt sleeve also could be cropped to eliminate the flash of skin. Try the current shot in black and white and see if it changes anything or do a crop between the subjects and flower arrangement.

Now I see your points. But I am a beginner I do not know how to change a color photo in a black and white photo, this would ve very interesting so I can preserve this photo better.

What editing software do you use?

I used picture project by Nikon, now I use one by Microsoft.
