Suggestion : Infra Red Filters Approx $100

Hello Respected Members,
I'm planning to buy an IR Filter (77mm) for approx $100 or less. I'm not sure which one to buy Hoya, B+W, Tiffin or any other brand.

I'm not sure about the quality of these filters and not getting a proper online information on them.

Please suggest and share your views on the good IR Filters for approx $100 or less.

Stick with Hoya, B+W or Heliopan. The quality of the glass used in these will be of the highest standards as they use either Schott glass or Hoya glass (I think Tiffen use Hoya glass). Off brands found on ebay can be hit or miss with regards to optical quality as well as bandpass accuracy. The makers listed are more expensive than other options but you get what you pay for ~ quality glass and filter rings. Depending on your wavelength requirement your options may be limited.
