This one doesn't do it for me for some reason. Too washed out for my tastes.
Very arty Sharon - I'll give it a thumbs up! Reminds me in a way of a shot Jay Maisel did shot through a train window with rain all over it.
I see that you're on a roll. Keep 'em coming.
Am bein' a wee bit experimental....again!!!! lol
Murat..sorry it doesn't do anything for you but thank you for commenting.
Colin and Donald..Thank you both.
What I love about this is what Murat dislikes but it was really an exercise in minimalism and greyscale. The figurative artistry that I am so enjoying taken as far as I felt I could push it and leave the story to the viewer.
Very nice.
Where does your ideas and inspiration come from? Love it.
Breathtaking image. Perfect title for it ..As Donald said..Keep 'em coming
Colin has it all wrong. I'm not sure he knows that so I'm compelled to point out to him that the lightness has to do with the people seeming as if they are going to float into the air. I absolutely love it.
Sharon, I don't know how you do it. You just keep producing thought provoking images. Keep up the good work!
Yes yes yes - I know all that - but down here in the Southern Hemisphere you need to invert it so that it's actually the right way up again. It's all explained clearly here ...

I like that you so often leave much of the story to the viewer but in this one I'm having trouble in that regard...I like the minimalist image effort but I'm afraid tonight perhaps I'm in minimal imagination mode. Perhaps tomorrow I'll see it differently as my reaction to art is an unpredictable flux.

Sharon,
Everything you post is always so interesting and psyche-revealing. Yet I wonder, is it the art, or the titles that most define who you are? In either case, fascinating as usual.
Putting it very simply you have to admire a photographer that can produce such a work of art from two women pushing their shopping trolleys into Sainsburys for the last minute food shopping before Christmas
Merry Christmas Sharon
Wow!
My imagination is going wild as usual with your images. .... Happy Christmas
