Before I bought my Nikon DSLR at the end of November , I always used my camera phone to capture interesting images. I never knew about aperture, exposure, shutter speed, and so on. A few years back, I would use my point and shoot, but then the phone cameras just got better and better and the point and shoot sat in a drawer, and my phone was so easy to whip out and shoot a pic. I have quite a few favorite images that I've captured, some by luck and some purposeful. I know a lot of photographers become nauseous with instagram filters and the likes, but I love them. Hopefully, once I am able to get a proper photo editing program, I can leave some of those filters behind and create a really unique look in my photos. But anyway, I was wondering, what are some of your favorite camera phone shots? Here are a few of mine : )
This is a small church up in the mountains where I grew up. Instagram filter.

These are my two dogs, Dio and Ollie. Warm filter from my camera settings on this one

I've always loved this one. Taken with the Retro Camera app

I probably took 400+ pictures on this evening trying to capture a lightning bolt and I actually caught some lightning. I was super excited. No filter on this one.

Another one shot with Retro Camera app. I love shadows. I think they make for really interesting images.
I have a ton of other images I love that are scattered between my FB and Instagram but these at at the top. I'm looking forward to getting some more images that I love with my *new*camera!
So what are some of your favorite phone camera images?
