I found a copy of Uwe Steinmueller and Juergen Gulbins "Fine Art printing for Photographers" written with inkjet printers in mind.

I’d undergone and it’s seems quite good. Now I’m working in Club Ink, Toronto and doing such course help me in excelling in such a reputed organization.

New York Institute of Photography offers a printing course. I picked up their catalogue a few years ago and the prerequisite for taking the $800.00 course is Photography I course or portfolio review. They also offer a three course program that includes darkroom/digital, Photoshop, large format printing exercises.
