I'm sitting in my favorite armchair in the early hours of a frigid first day of 2014 and want to improve my photo processing skills. As I was deleting shots from last weekends, I came upon a shot that I felt deserved another chance.

My first question:
What is the best way for me to post the original image for all of you folk to have it? It is saved to Lightroom 3, I currently have CS 4.

I played with it for a while, adjusting for exposure, raising blacks, contrast, sharpening, etc in LR: and exported it to CS4 for further selection and blurring of background, sharpening and resizing for post



What have I done right? Wrong? and, most important have some fun!

If you want to offer the original file for anyone to download you could use one of the free data exchange sites; such as Mediafire which I sometimes use.

You just upload your image, after setting up a free personal account, then post the link here.

For example, I currently have a calendar on my Mediafire account which is available for anyone to use. See this post for more details.
