    What was the lighting setup? Same for both?

    Same for both... A pair of Multiblitz monolights bounced into umbrellas and a single Multiblitz on the BG. My computer monitor is optimized for my printer and sometimes doesn't provide correct values for posting on the Internet. Thus the image might be too dark or too bright. I have no way of knowing.

    Just a minor thing ... I think that the eye whites could do with a touch of whitening. What I do is duplicate the layer - set blending mode to screen - mask the layer off (control-backspace) - paint just the eyes back into the mask - reduce opacity to suit (usually to around 30%). Gives the eyes more of a healthy appearance.

    Not a biggie - just a thought. Same technique can be used on the teeth, although these look pretty good to me.
