Rie...will buy a nice one for Christmas blooms for my dinner table. I am still choosing a theme for my Christmas this year -- your flowers and Frank's are so enticing, I am tempted to try growing them...I am really envious...

Izzie, Corrine and I have collected a stable of about 6 Red Lion Amaryllis over the years before Marie introduced us to the wide variety of Amaryllis that are available. We even have perhaps a couple of dozen that we have started from seed. We would be tickled to send you some for your Christmas table.

Thanks for the thoughts, Frank...I will be looking for some in my sparetime...as if I ever have one often... but I can concentrate more after my trip. Starting from seeds I am good at and multiplying plants, too good in fact that I have to throw or give away some plants too because I have too much, so I will try seeds after I acquire my first one. The irony is watching my husband's face when I line up my little growers in the bay windows... I think I need to plan to build another room at the NW just for my plants... I am glad you share Corrine's passion for plant growing and acquisitions.
