James, a nice set of photos, especially the chickadee. I noted a few diagonal lines on the last two photos. They look a bit like scratches on a negative except I'm sure you weren't using negatives!
Thank you Bruce the diagonals are rain drops on the last 2. The last 2 were shot at a slow shutterspeed , no. 2 shot at 1/60.
no. 1 shot at 1/160.
Right as usual Frank!
Yes, and now I see the raindrops on the chickadee!
They are all good, James, but I think the second one is a classic. Perched on the edge of the feeder (sheltering from the rain?) and looking out at the falling rain: that is a wonderful composition and well executed. It would be hanging on my wall.
Thanks Greg. it is my wifes' favorite of this bunch too.
Good work James.
Nice set, particularly the chickadee. Lovely BG, nice perch, good pose. Poor thing doesn't look too happy about the rain. Good job.
Nice set of images James, well captured!
Love your series, Greg...I like titmouse one...
Great set. I especially love the chickadee and tufted titmouse images. The rain makes them extra special.
All great. The Chickadee is very distinguished, the Hawk nicely lit.
Hello James, nice images especially the chickadee which appears to be trying to keep warm.
