    Tracks on the beach

This was taken on 1-1-2014,it was a beautiful day here 26c, so the wife and i decided to go for a walk along Patara beach.I have not taken many landscape shots before, but like a few others on here, might give it a try this year.My first big mistake was to leave my tripod at home, anyway this was shot handheld and probably not as sharp as it should be! C&C welcome Tracks on the beach

    Cheers David

One advantage of a tripod is that it often allows you to take two shots of the same scene at different focus points then combine them so you have both foreground and distance in sharp focus. Providing there isn't any movement issues.

But in this case, you have managed to get a good focus depth with just one handheld shot.
