The horizon needs to be straighter. Having said that, the colourful sky, the almost silhouette of the boats and the highlights picked out on the waves make this a beautiful shot. I especially like the gulls, to me they bring a dynamic element to the image. Great capture.

Welcome to CiC Mike! Although it would be a severe crop, there may be a more powerful image lurking in the lower right-hand corner with the sunset, two boats and a seagull.
