    New printers

I'm not sure how long they've been doing it, or if other manufacturers are doing it also, but Epson is offering a copy of Photoshop Elements with most of their new printers.

    Re: New printers

    But which version of Elements?

I have usually had some free editing software with hardware like printers or scanners. Even photo editing software bundled with other types of software.

However, the free software has always been well outdated. Or limited editions etc.

If the offer is for the newest version of Elements it could prove useful to some people; but others would prefer a better price in the first place.

In October of 2013 a purchaser of a scanner received version 9, they felt they should have received version 12. If I were to purchase equipment right now, version 9 would be a slight upgrade, I'm currently using version 8.
