The colour and size variation makes this a worthy image. Worth shooting different compostions and fooling about with this.
Try the candies. If all else fails you can eat the less photogenic ones

They are not candies(prayed if they were....); they are some polymeric balls of mustard size which can imbibe water when soaked in and grow; they are very soft once grown; they shrink back through hours....
I will try other shots using them as suggested...
