    Viewing outcome of post processing

Just checking how this appears, comments always welcome. I'm noticing white specs on my monitor that don't show up on the print.

When I get various specks on my monitor it usually means that a clean is needed.

Can't see any problems with this image when viewed at full screen size.

I see lots of white specs in the lower left area. Very easy to solve.

More important, this is a very nice image. The combination of the glass and plant life is both unique and wonderful. I love the warm tones against the black tabletop and background. However, if the two white thingies on the vessel are not the vessel and are produced by reflection, consider getting rid of them.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. The two white thingies are reflections, I will correct.

    It looks great!

I realize that it's a little late to mention the possibility of a change, but did you consider placing the extra negative space on the right rather than the left? The reason I ask is that the setting is facing toward the right. On the other hand, if you want a more modern, unique look, I can appreciate that you decided upon placing the negative space on the left.

Everything's still setup so I can give it a shot.

Mike had conveniently commented so I am not going to repeat here. I love your shot. I particularly like the filigree on the neck of the vase.

Found 7 specs of various sizes on first image at full size on the NEC 1990SX, FWIW.

I can see dozens of white specs in the first image (when viewed full size). There are around 10 bottom left of the image. Along the top third of the image a couple of dozen smaller, less visible ones and on the left, level with the two dried alien pods, a small cluster.
