Hi Murat,

The first image is gorgeous, as always. Dreamy and beautifully composed.

In the 2nd image the water seems very soft and and the sky is too dark (perhaps just my personal taste) to me.

Had I seen these images hanging in a public building somewhere, created by some unknown artist, I might be impressed. But having seen so much of your beautiful work with colors, I can barely tolerated the thought of your becoming a convert. Hopefully this is a quickly passing fancy.

Dan, not sure I quite understand what you meant. Are you saying you prefer my colour work? I purposely drove to this location for 2 hours to shoot some monochome because the waves are crazy wild in winter and the sun doesn't show itsef much. BW was the way to go. I'll post more colour in the coming months for sure. Thanks a lot for your critique.

Sorry for being so vague, Murat. That was intended as a compliment. What I am saying is that yes, these are lovely images. But IMO they can't compare to the awesome color work that you do. I'm generally not much of a fan of B/W. It has it's place and time but not beside your beautiful color photos.
