Sometimes man-scaped lands are part of landscapes....

Yes I did...when I saw that image with the orange water, I mentioned something about looking into the mouth of a vulcano (I once did that...never again!!!) Then when I came back to look at your new image, I did not see my response. That is why I am complaining ... or maybe I was too tired, wrote a message, then forgot to press Submit. I don't know...strange things happens in the middle of the night you know...:D
John, thank you very much :)
Izzie, thank you very much; such things have occurred to me too... ;)

The lad looks like he'd rather be out playing with his mates. Nicely captured.
Thank you very much Dan... yes, that kid's face looks so sympathetic.... :)

White was there; all colors emerged from there...

Nandakumar,
It's not that it's a bad image, I just think changing things up will add a different dimension, typically you want emphasis on the face but for this particular composition it would be unique if the older objects get more attention; the viewer will naturally be drawn to the face.
no problem sir; my skills in photoshop is very limited; i tried to highlight the boy's face a bit; but the result was deformation, rather ;)
Nandakumar,
I was thinking of something like this.
