I would say frustrations draws it back too but I always believe that if one does not believe hard enough, then either exasperation and/or frustration does not make one's expectations eventuate.

Yes, that is true. Don't you ever feel that when you give, it sort of makes you feel lighter inside that you perhaps helped someone. A little goes a long way for someone.
