Very appropriate...more than a mother and a child...I honestly like the treatment you gave it here too...and thanks for the greetings for the 365 days of the year forever. As for your sentiment, I am a firm believer that "education" as we know the term was really means "going to school" or "had gone to school"... education to me is what you learn from home. My grandparents who raised me only finished "elementary school" but they turned out to be a very good business couple in their time and owned almost all of the province where I was raised.

Thank you very much Izzie; this is one among different colours of powders that Indian women used to make a dot on their forehead, as you might have seen in images and bollywood movies....anyhow this treand is much less among modern generations, except on special occasions. this powder is called "Sindoor" "Kumkum". Married women make a second dot at the junction of hair parting

I was a village pastor and buried many, far too many infants and children to not feel that this is only half of the truth. The rest might be that the shorter the life the more the possible good is overpowered by the evil that the shortness brings.

Your last couple of shots are lovely! I especially like the sunset!
