I like this last one...the saying too...I pray ... everything that I do is a prayer. But when I talk to myself, it is because I want to be part of the process and that makes my work accurate and not haphazard, makes it more accurate to go through the process again and again, then vocalize it to realize it, makes it work. Just my opinion because it works for me.

That is auto suggestion... a psychological self improvement process :)
